Oven

To cook our specialty burgers in the oven, put them in a spray cooking dish and bake at 350 degrees.  It takes about 25 minutes.

For a burger with a little bit of pink in them, bake for 15-20 minutes.

To cook on the stovetop, please follow the instructions below:

1) Split the patties in half to create 2 separate patties
2) Spray fry pan and use medium-high heat
3) Let them brown on one side for about 3-4 minutes
4) Flip the patties and cook for another 3 minutes
5) Keep them on the heat another 2 minutes, then turn the heat off
6) Enjoy tender, delicious burgers!

*If you want them cooked through, leave them on the burner, cover them and let them cook even more.

Grill

Start with burgers at room temperature. Re-form burgers if needed or make them smaller. Use high heat, turning burgers 3-5 times for 15-25 minutes. Remember burgers continue to cook after taken off heat.  Cooking temperatures will vary depending on type of grill.
